What matters to me now?
You know something needs to change. But you're not yet sure what comes next.
Private 1:1 coaching gives you a safe space to figure things out together, so you can move from feeling stuck and uncertain to clearer about what you want and what to do next.
Maybe you recognise this
- You've built a life that makes sense on paper, but something about it doesn't feel right anymore.
- Perhaps you're exhausted by work you once thought you wanted.
- Perhaps part of you wants something more meaningful or alive, while another part is asking you to be sensible.
- Or perhaps you can't even name what's wrong. You just know you don't want to keep living or working this way.
You don't need to know the answer yet.

What's really underneath it
The questions beneath the questions.
You may arrive asking: should I leave? What should I do next? What if I make the wrong decision?
Why does something that used to work no longer fit?
What have I been ignoring in myself?
What would a life that feels more like me actually look like?
I'm not here to tell you what to do. It's to help you understand yourself well enough that you know how to take the next steps forward.
How I help
A five-part journey, at your pace.
Sometimes it's hard to see clearly when you're inside the situation. Nothing here is rushed.
- 01
Recognise
When you're inside a situation, it's difficult to separate the problem from the patterns around it. I create a safe space so you can slow things down and see what's really going on underneath.
- 02
Reveal
Rather than trying to make the discomfort go away, we explore the emotions, needs, values, fears and patterns underneath it — and what they may be telling you.
- 03
Reflect
Before rushing toward decisions, we take time to sit with what you've discovered, so you can hear your own voice again beneath the noise and old stories.
- 04
Reimagine
We explore who you are now and who you are becoming. What matters, what you need, and what you want this next chapter to be guided by.
- 05
Respond
We don't stop at understanding. We explore possibilities, make decisions, try things in real life, and work with what comes up as you move forward.
You don't need to be broken to seek coaching. Come with an open mind and heart to find your truth within.
Real journeys
What can shift when you understand what's really going on.
Two examples of what the work can look like when we go beneath the presenting problem.
Corporate professional
Navigating hidden burnout
Work was consuming me, and I was losing myself in it.
MT came to me feeling increasingly lifeless in her corporate role. She had experienced burnout, dreaded meetings that went nowhere, and felt isolated at work. A strong inner critic kept her focused on what wasn't going well, making it harder to see herself clearly.
The tug
Separating what was hers from what belonged to the environment.
The shift
She stopped waiting for work to change before she started living differently.
Key outcome · She began creating sources of meaning, connection and accomplishment outside work, while building concrete evidence that she was already moving forward.
Founder
Reclaiming how she works
I'd left the old life. But what did I want to create instead?
CL had already left a large corporation to start her own business. She knew her previous way of working had left her feeling lifeless and frustrated — but she didn't want to change her circumstances and recreate the same patterns in a new business.
The tug
From values to the way she actually lived.
The shift
She began building differently, not just working somewhere different.
Key outcome · She wasn't replacing one workplace with another. She was designing her work, and the life around it, in a way that reflected what actually mattered to her.
The work looks different for every person. The starting point is often the same: something no longer feels right. We begin by understanding why.
A note from Sha-En
You don't have to have the answer before we begin.
I'll sit with you in the mess of it, ask the questions that matter, and trust you to find your own way through.
